Alexis P. Michas has served on our board of directors since 1999. He has been the Managing Partner and director of Stonington since 1994. Mr. Michas also served as a consultant to Merrill Lunch Capital Partners, Inc., a private investment firm associated with Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., from 1994 through 2000. Mr. Michas received a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration. Mr. Michas also is a director of BorgWaner Inc. and Perkin Elmer, Inc. |
