Alexis Dixon Johnson is a Managing Director in the Dallas office of Major, Lindsey & Africa where she focuses on associate placements.
Before joining MLA, Alexis was a real estate and finance associate with the Dallas offices of Vinson & Elkins, LLP and Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal L.L.P. She received her J.D., summa cum laude, from the SMU School of Law in 2001, where she was a Hatton W. Sumners Scholar, and member of the Order of the Coif and the SMU Law Review Association. Alexis received a B.A. in History, with highest honors, from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998.
Alexis enjoys reading, cooking and traveling throughout the United States and Europe with her husband, Chad. She is also an active member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Attorneys Serving the Community and Wilshire Baptist Church. |
