Dr. Massalin has held the position of research scientist for MicroUnity since October 1992, and she is responsible for signal-processing modules and software architecture. Prior to joining MicroUnity, Ms. Massalin obtained a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Cooper Union School of Engineering as well as a doctorate degree from Columbia University. Dr. Massalin’s dissertation, "Synthesis: An Efficient Implementation of Fundamental Operating Systems Services," is now part of the required reading in advanced operating systems courses at several major universities. |
