Alexandra is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. Alexandra is a member of the Firm's Corporate Department concentrating her practice in structured finance.
Prior to joining the Firm, Alexandra was working in investment banking - compliance and private investment management division of her firm. She was responsible for providing compliance coverage to the New York office of her firm and liaising with the NYSE, NASD, Federal and State regulatory agencies during examinations.
