Alexandra Albrecht joined Continental in 2007, bringing over 20 years of diverse industry experience and a customer-oriented service approach to our Account Administration Department. Alexandra began her career at JPMorgan/First Chicago's Shareholder Relations Department, where she was heavily involved in the implementation of the imaging system developed for its Top 10 clients. Later she spent 10 years with Mellon Investor Services as a Vice President. While there, she managed many important assignments, including the implementation of an imaging system, the establishment of a centralized mail room, the co-management of a conversion/deconversion team responsible for the smooth transition of records from agent to agent, disaster recovery planning, and internal and exernal audit examinations. Alex looks forward to bringing her talents to serving. |
