Alexandra R. Laubacker is the co-founder and president of Integrated Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (IES). IES is an IT services, consulting and integration firm specializing in professional services for integration projects in the Semi-Conductor industry, Product Life Cycle Management and the Consumer Packaged Goods and Manufacturing sectors. IES also offers a broad range of IT services including computer infrastructure planning and installation, offsite online backups, remote connections for multiple offices or access from home, database development, and WEB development. Alexandra has extensive industry experience managing computer development and integration projects, including multi-million dollar projects with a disparate 15 company team. Her technical expertise covers software development, database application development, or design architecture. Alexandra’s ability to view the ‘big picture’ and listen to a customer’s needs allow her to, working with a customer, define a strategic plan. Her organizational strengths and attention to detail guarantee a success. Her background includes 15 years working with IBM in Poughkeepsie, NY always focusing on leading edge technologies and working to implement effective solutions. WEB enabled supply chain management projects gave Alexandra experience working with DARPA and consortium based projects. In 1996 she received the Internet Project of the Year award for the National Industrial Information Infrastructure Protocols (NIIIP) project she was managing. She received numerous Technical Achievement awards during her career at IBM. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in both Computer Science and Mathematics from Smith College, Northampton, MA. She is a Certified eMatrix Collaboration Developer, and holds certificates of completion for numerous technical courses through IBM. She attended secondary school in Switzerland and Greece, and spent 18 years as a US citizen living in East and West Africa and the West Indies. IES, Inc. is a member of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce (DCRCOC) & the Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce and supports the community through sports team sponsorships. DCRCOC participation includes a Gold Centennial sponsor for 2007, event sponsors, and chair of the DCRCOC Technology Committee. IES is a member of the Mid Hudson Technology Council and works closely with Marist College through the NYSTAR Co-op program. Alexandra is a member of the National Association of Professional and Executive Women and a member of the DCRCOC Women’s Leadership Alliance Committee.
