Alexandra A. Herzan is President and Director of the Lily Auchincloss Foundation Inc. a private grantmaking foundation dedicated to the enhancement of the quality of life in New York City. The Foundation supports contemporary visual art preservation and community programs which serve to enrich the lives of the people of New York City.
Ms. Herzan was elected to IFF's Board of Directors in May 2003. She serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee which recruits reviews qualifications of and recommends nominees to fill Board vacancies and newly created directorships and monitors and makes recommendations to the Board on corporate governance issues. She also serves on the Compensation Committee which oversees the Company's various compensation arrangements. |
