Alex is the co-leader of the firm s Corporate Finance practice and President of XSG Corporate Finance LLC, XRoads broker dealer subsidiary. He brings twelve years experience to the development of strategic business plans, the evaluation of strategic alternatives, the execution of sale and financing transactions and the negotiation of financial restructuring plans both in and out of Chapter 11. Alex has worked extensively in the restaurant/retail industry as well as with companies in the telecommunications, textile, industrial equipment and distribution sectors. Alex holds the CIRA designation as well as Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses. Alex Stevenson is a Principal with XRoads Solutions Group, where he co-leads the firm s Corporate Finance strategic business unit. |
