Mr. Meshechok joined CSG in 2001. While at CSG, Mr. Meshechok has led, along with Larry Kaplan, the development of the firm's ESOP Corporate Finance practice. Mr. Meshechok was formerly a Principal of Synergy Capital, LLC, a New York-based merchant banking firm. While at Synergy, Mr. Meshechok played a leading role in numerous equity and debt financings and recapitalizations for emerging growth and established companies in a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Synergy Capital, Mr. Meshechok was a co-founder and principal of Global Capital Partners, LLC, an investment banking firm focused on raising debt and equity for companies in the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe, as well as in the domestic market. Prior to his involvement with GCP, Mr. Meshechok was a senior associate in the Capital Markets Practice of Oliver, Wyman & Co., a strategic consultancy focused on the financial services industry.Mr. Meshechok graduated with a BS in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School. He is currently a candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. |
