Mr. Haväng is the former CTO of Netintact, which he joined in 2000 as the first employee, and spearheaded the innovative team that developed the PacketLogic product. Prior to Netintact, Mr. Haväng was highly active within the open source community, developing several widely used applications, particularly within the media streaming industry. He was one of the chief architects for the open source streaming server software Icecast, along with the secure file transfer protocol GSTP. He spent the early part of his career at IDA systems, an IT solution provider for the Swedish government, along with a stint in the Swedish military. Mr. Haväng studied computer science at the Linköping University in Sweden. |
