Alexander S. Helderman is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and product liability actions. He has handled matters for corporations of various sizes and individuals with diverse interests and in courts throughout the country. Alexander is experienced in the various phases of litigation, from preliminary injunctions through the execution of judgments.
Commercial Litigation. Alexander represents corporations and individuals in a variety of commercial disputes including antitrust, breach of contract, business torts, civil RICO, and tax litigation.
Product Liability. Alexander represents manufacturers in product liability actions involving negligence and strict liability claims. He also has experience counseling corporations through product recalls.
In General. Following law school, Alexander served a one-year clerkship with the Honorable Adolpho A. Birch, Jr., of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
