Alex oversees all MediaUnbound customer projects and works closely with both MediaUnbound engineering and music teams to allow for collaborative product development. Alex graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in Social Anthropology. His honors research thesis examined the communicative and cultural role that college radio Hip-Hop shows play for prisoners in Massachusetts correctional facilities. While at Harvard, and during several semesters on leave, Alex was an administrator and DJ at WHRB-FM, running separate regular Blues, Jazz, and eclectic Electronic Music shows. After forays into the worlds of commercial radio DJ'ing and artist management, Alex joined the MediaUnbound team in June 2000 as a Music Analyst. |
