Alex represents both public and private businesses in a wide variety of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities regulation, and private equity transactions. Alex has represented issuers and buyers in private and public securities offerings and private equity fund formation. Alex also represents various U.S. and offshore hedge funds with their formation and investment strategies.
Alex has represented various types of business organizations in a wide array of industries, including technology, manufacturing, insurance, financial services, entertainment, and health care.
