Alexander M. Kaye became a Partner in the Global Corporate Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in 2000. Previously, he was an associate with the firm since 1991.
Mr. Kaye's experience includes the representation of public and private companies in connection with a wide variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, strategic alliances, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and debt transactions. Mr. Kaye also has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in acquisition, deposition and investment transactions.
He has significant cross-border M&A experience, and has recently completed transactions in several regulated industries, including aircraft, aircraft leasing, energy/public utilities, satellite and insurance. Mr. Kaye also has extensive experience in the area of the federal securities laws, and his practice includes advising companies with respect to general corporate matters.
Mr. Kaye is a graduate of Yeshiva University and Rutgers University School of Law. He is admitted to the bar of the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. |
