Mr. Orlando has over 20 years experience in implementing operational and financial strategies for growing organizations and currently serves as the Company's Vice President, Customer Care. He has extensive experience in the building of scalable, customer centric support organizations that focus on improving the customer experience. Mr. Orlando has been consistently recognized for his planning and execution of strategic initiatives for aggressive organizational expansion and profitable growth. Previously, Mr. Orlando served in various executive and operational positions at ITT Corporation and Vertical Innovation. He is currently on several Boards and is frequently asked to speak to young, start-up organizations concerning building superior customer care organizations. Mr. Orlando received his Bachelors degree from Ithaca College, with continuing education at Geneseo State College. |
