Alex specializes in identifying talent who combine domain and functional expertise with leadership skills.As a member of the firm’s Professional Services Practice, Alex works with Strategy Consulting, Business Advisory, Systems Integration and Transaction Service organizations. He has been instrumental in building global teams focused on the development of new products and the expansion of existing operations in key international business centers. Alex has recruited leadership responsible for the implementation and development of new and existing business lines, including managing directors, group heads, partners, engagement directors and consultancy directors.After beginning his search career with Mercer Gray, Alex joined CTA International, a pan-European firm, where he identified and selected key management for consultancy and professional service expansion projects across Europe. As a principal consultant with PSD International, Alex continued to serve the advisory space assisting vendor environments bridge the gap between product and services. Most recently, Alex was a Managing Consultant with Korn/Ferry Futurestep, here he led the Professional Service capability.Alex graduated from Sheffield Hallam University.
