Alex Polevoy has been a member of our Board of Directors since June 2006. From October 2005 to June 2006, he was our Chief Financial Officer. Prior, from 2001 to 2005, he worked at TNK and then TNK-BP in various positions, including as Director, Corporate Audit and Head of Monitoring and Control Group, Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. From 1999 to 2001, he worked at Yukos EP (Exploration and Production) as Vice President Finance. Prior to that, from 1993 - 1999, Alex Polevoy held executive positions in Canada with ZCL Composites, Central Asia Goldfields and International Energy Services. Alex Polevoy graduated from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology with a degree in Finance and Accounting. Alex Polevoy is a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. |
