Alex Lloyd has substantial experience in business organizations and reorganizations, health care entity structuring and corporate system development, and tax aspects of business organizations and transactions, including those unique to tax-exempt organizations. Among Alex’s major accomplishments has been his leadership in developing and gaining legislative and judicial approval for Connecticut's Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTA) program which has generated substantial revenue in support of legal services to the poor.

He served as the firm's managing partner from 1985 to 1995. He is an author and frequent lecturer on health care, corporation, and tax subjects at various seminars and panels.
