Alex Jacobs joined the firm in 2003 and is an associate in the firm’s real estate department.
Mr. Jacobs specializes in real estate acquisitions and dispostions, joint ventures, financings and corporate transactions as well as other related transactional matters.
Mr. Jacobs received his J.D. in 2000 from the University of Southern California Law School, where he was a senior editor of the Southern California Law Review. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he majored in economics.
Mr. Jacobs has been a member of the State Bar of California since his admission in 2000.
Mr. Jacobs was named a Super Lawyers’ Southern California Rising Star in both 2006 and 2007.
