Advising an Australian corporate on its consortium acquisition of Duelguide Plc and the restructuring of the Duelguide group post-acquisition (including managing TUPE and collective redundancy issues) Advising Land Securities, Unipart, Wachovia Bank and Westfield on numerous outsourcing and insourcing scenarios Advising public and private sector employers on transfers in the public sector.
