Alex manages the strategic consulting and implementation practice for Sentri and its clients. Alex specializes in process and technology areas applied toward field service operations management, efficiency optimization and call center environments. Prior to co-founding Sentri, Alex was CIO for a major Commercial Real-Estate outsourcing and consulting firm and a member of the Deloitte & Touche Consulting group focusing in the areas of Customer Interaction Management, Field Service Automation, Strategic Systems Planning and Decision Support and Executive Information Systems. In that capacity, he provided services for many high tech and Fortune 1000 clients such as Cisco, HP, CVS, Bank of America, AT&T, Agilent, CB Richard Ellis and others and more recently with Lojack and Harvard University. Alex is a graduate of Rensselear Polytechnic Institute, with a BS in Bio-medical engineering and from Bentley College where he obtained an MBA in Finance. He is a member of Professional Consults of America, the Call Center Networking Group and the CIO Association of New England. |
