Mr. Guidi is the principal of International Resource Management Corp. (IREMCO), a private, Vancouver-based investment company. He has enjoyed a successful entrepreneurial career over the past three decades, having founded a number of Canadian-based growth companies including Trans-Orient Petroleum. The oil and gas companies Mr. Guidi has founded have made, and continue to make, a significant contribution to the exploration and development activity in New Zealand and Papua New Guinea's Foreland region. In Canada, Mr. Guidi participated in the development of the Karr gas field in West-Central Alberta, and in 1989 he was instrumental in transforming a small Alberta-based company into an oil and gas producer with a significant undeveloped land position that later merged with Bonavista Petroleum. |
