Alex J. Stelmak is the Founder Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since its inception in 1997.
Alex has accumulated over twenty years of experience in operations and management building highly successful financial services firms.
Over the years on Wall Street Alex has developed a deep understanding of the securities industry as well as all the aspects of venture capital financing and Public Offerings.
In the past Alex has served as President of Oxford Holdings - a Registered Commodities Broker/Dealer engaged in providing managed currency-trading programs for Institutional and Private Clients.
He holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses from NASD and has served as a Registered Securities Broker with several Wall Street firms.
Alex also serves as President of Commonwealth Capital Group a financial advisory venture capital and investment-banking firm.
In 2005 Alex Stelmak has been appointed to serve as an Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council. The Washington-based organization pools the expertise of business leaders from across the United States to ensure that progressive conservative pro-business issues remain a priority among government leaders.
Alex holds a BS degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting. He also holds the U.S. Equivalent of Master Degree in Economics. |
