Alex C. Intermill
Profile : Alex Intermill is an associate with the Environmental Law, Utilities and Real Estate Groups. A 2004 graduate of Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, he clerked at Bose McKinney & Evans while in law school. He serves as town attorney for the Town of Pendleton and also assists clients with various environmental and real estate issues, including litigation, wetland development, organization of commercial and residential developments, land acquisition and sales, easement issues, environmental remediation, securing funds for environmental cleanup from the Environmental Liability Trust Fund (ELTF) and creating conservancy districts. He also works on alcohol permitting matters. Prior to pursuing his law degree he taught high school Spanish. Alex Intermill is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
