Mr. Molinaroli started with Johnson Controls in 1983 and has held numerous positions within the Building Efficiency group. He championed the development of consistent and effective sales management disciplines within Johnson Controls and has worked to expand that consistent approach on a global basis, involving over 300 sales offices in nearly 50 countries and was promoted to vice president and general manager for the North American Systems business. He was elected a corporate officer in 2004. Mr. Molinaroli was appointed to his current position in January 2007.
Awards, Recognition and Service: Mr. Molinaroli serves on the National Center for the Arts and Technology board of directors.
Education and Background: Mr. Molinaroli earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Science in business from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. |
