Alejandro Locicero is the vice president of research, consulting and operations in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role he is responsible for overseeing the Company’s strategic research efforts as well as local operational support, which includes IT, local administration, finance, facilities, human resources and legal. Locicero was previously vice president for the Outsourcing Business Unit of Cubecorp Argentina, where he managed all operational and engineering responsibilities in addition to the P&L of the business unit. Prior to Cubecorp, Locicero held several management positions at Cabletron, including regional director of professional services for their Global Network Technology Services. Locicero began his career working for IBM in Italy. Locicero holds an MBA from the University of CEMA, a Masters of Engineering in Telecommunications from the University of Pisa and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rosario in Argentina. |
