Albert Torre - President & Founder
Al Torre founded Ideocell in 2005. Al has 25 years of Department of Defense and commercial engineering experience. Most recently working in the area of maritime domain awareness program. His prior DoD experience includes development on major programs such as CCS MK-1, CCS MK-2, AN/BSY-2. Commercially, Al developed systems for maritime, oil & gas, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and professional services industries. Al is an expert in software improvement processes utilizing the Software Capability Maturity Model (CMM) as a guideline for the software development process. He is graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he received a degree in Computer and Systems Engineering. |
