Albert is responsible for Kepner-Tregoe’s Industrial Practice in South East Asia and Greater China. He heads a team of consultants to collaborate with clients in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Improvement, Service KPI Improvement and Strategy Formulation and Implementation.
Albert joined Kepner-Tregoe in 1999 as a management consultant. He has since worked / led several improvement projects involving clients such as Shell (Malaysia, Netherlands), Corning (China), Thomson (China) and Sembawang (Singapore).
Prior to Kepner-Tregoe, Albert was Group Project Manager with a Singapore-based group. Reporting to the Board of Directors, his role was in corporate governance and corporate planning. He also led merger, acquisition, and joint venture activities in Singapore, India, Indonesia, and Bangladesh. Before that, he was a senior consultant with one of the Big-Five international consulting firms. Reporting to the senior consulting manager of the Strategy Management Group, Albert provided business planning, due diligence, and quality management consulting services.
Albert has a business degree and an MBA specializing in International Management from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University in Australia. |
