Albert L. Perruzza was named Senior Vice President Global Operations and Business Redesign in February 2002. He was appointed Senior Vice President Global Operations in October 1999. Since April 1995 he had been Vice President U.S. Operations and President of RD Manufacturing. Before that he was director of Global Customer Services and Marketing Operations.
After military service and a short career in the petroleum industry he joined Reader's Digest in 1972 as an operations analyst and has held various domestic and international management positions in Customer Services Fulfillment Marketing Data Processing Systems and Manufacturing.
He has written numerous articles and has been a featured speaker domestically and internationally on customer satisfaction consumer relations strategic planning operations and staff development supply chain management manufacturing and procurement.
Born in New York he graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Science Degree in 1971 and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Pace University in 1980. |
