Al McAulay is a North Carolina native and attended the University of North Carolina from 1967 to 1971. He began his career with Southern National Bank (now BB&T Corporation) in 1971 and worked in corporate lending. He entered the retained executive search business in 1977 with Locke & Robison in Charlotte and continued with a successor firm know as Robison & McAulay. He formed The McAulay Firm in 1995. |
