Albert D. Fosbenner has served as Vice President, Matrix Service Industrial Contractors, Inc. since June 2004. Mr. Fosbenner previously served as Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Acting CFO for Western Integrated Networks LLC from December 2001 through 2003, President and CEO of CCS Fitness, Inc. from January 2000 through December 2001 and Senior Vice President & Treasurer of Frontiervision Partners LLP during 1998 and 1999. Mr. Fosbenner has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Philadelphia University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and is a Certified Management Accountant (inactive).
