Albert Wong, a certified Public Accountant (Practicing) in Hong Kong, is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, is the Chief Financial Officer of Asiamart, Inc. He has been admitted as a barrister of the High Court of Hong Kong since 1988. He is also a senior consultant of another certificated public accounting firm and an adviser of a law firm.
With over 18 years experience in the accountancy profession, Wong is responsible for overseeing the Group's overall financial position, compliance of regulatory requirements and GAAP compliance.
Wong is currently an independent non-executive director of three listed companies in Hong Kong: Arts Optical International Holdings Limited, Bonjour Holdings Limited and Kin Yat Holdings Limited. |
