Mr. Albert A. Sturdivant is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sturdivant & Co. Mr. Sturdivant has 30 years experience in the investment business and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, security analysis and investment research. He was a member of a research team that was selected three straight years as runner-up in the Annual Institutional Investor Poll. Mr. Sturdivant received his B.S. degree cum laude in Mathematics from Morgan State University and his MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He is a member of the Financial Analysts Federation, National Association of Security Professionals and the New York Society of Security Analysts. Mr. Sturdivant holds a Series 7, 24 and 53.
