Albert A. Pisa is a partner in the Global Finance Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, resident in the New York office.
Mr. Pisa advises clients on a range of lending and other finance transactions, including structured financings and leveraged lending as well as workouts and debt restructurings, both in and out of bankruptcy. Mr. Pisa's clients include corporations, investment banks, financial institutions and private investment funds.
Mr. Pisa has particular expertise in structured financings of esoteric and "off-the-run" assets, including in the energy and transportation markets, and structured financings using credit, energy and other derivative products. In addition, Mr. Pisa has extensive experience in the workout of troubled structured finance transactions having represented creditor and bondholder committees in the bankruptcies of Enron and NCFE.
Mr. Pisa received a J.D., cum laude, from The University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. |
