(private-equity firm); Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer (since 2004) of Polar Corporation (provider of tank trailers, light-duty trailer parts, and tank trailer repair and maintenance services); President and Chief Executive Officer (2003 to 2004) of Champion Enterprises Inc. (manufactured homes); interim Chief Financial Officer (2002 to 2004) of Kmart Corporation (retailing). Mr. Koch serves on our Pension and Investment Committee and is Chairman of our Finance Committee.
