Experience:
Alban Dorin focuses his practice on structured finance and asset finance.
Within the sector, Alban’s particular emphasis is on aircraft finance and LBO transactions. Alban acts for a variety of participants, ranging from lenders to airlines, manufacturers and equity investors, on a variety of financing structures and on operating leasing.
Alban previously worked for a major law firm and was also seconded to the structured finance department of a French leading bank.
