Mr. Webber has over 21 years of commercial property experience and has been employed by MENLO EQUITIES since 1997. Mr. Webber’s responsibilities at MENLO EQUITIES Management Company (MemCo) include managing the daily operations of MemCo; developing and strengthening tenant/landlord relationships; managing the portfolio including maintaining the properties and managing vendor contracts; collecting monthly rent; managing and supervising tenant improvement buildouts; producing reports as needed; supervising MemCo employees; obtaining third party contracts and property leasing. Prior to joining MemCo, Mr. Webber was Vice President of the Asset Management Division of CPS Realty Group, where he was responsible for all aspects of asset/portfolio management, property management and leasing for corporate and institutional clients. He guided the property management staff and supervised all issues related to daily operations, construction management and facilities management. He negotiated all vendor contracts and maintained excellent industry relationships. He was responsible for business development with existing and prospective clients.Mr. Webber received his Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University. He has a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMA. Mr. Webber holds a California Real Estate Sales License. He has been a Peace Corps Volunteer in Colombia and is a graduate of the California Police Academy. |
