Alan Stier, 51, has served as a Director of the Company since August 2, 2007. Since 2003, Mr. Stier has served as a fully-licensed real estate agent for Re/Max Progroup Realty. Prior to Re/Max, Mr. Stier was employed by Sutton Realty Group in Delta, British Columbia, where he assisted with, among other things, public relations, promotions, web page management, and office matters. Between 2000 and 2002, Mr. Stier served as the corporate secretary of Apiva Adventures Ltd., where he coordinated public relations and prepared various reports and filings to the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Canadian Venture Exchange. From 1993 until 2000, Mr. Stier was the President and Chief Executive Officer of International Capri Resources Ltd., a British Columbia based junior mining company, where he focused on project management, promotions and investor relations, along with preparing the various reports and filings to the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Canadian Venture Exchange. |
