Mr. Shapiro, 38, joined NetRatings in September 2002 as its Vice President and General Counsel, and has served as NetRatings’ Senior Vice President & General Counsel since March 2005. From April 2000 until July 2002, Mr. Shapiro served as Vice President and General Counsel of Jupiter Communications, Inc. and, following the September 2000 merger with Media Metrix, Inc., as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Jupiter Media Metrix, Inc.
