Alan Ross leads TriZetto's human resource functions, including recruiting, benefits, training, and compliance across all business units. He joined the company in January 2006, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading human resource functions at Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, information technology, and consumer and media research. Most recently, Ross served as senior partner with an independent strategic business consulting firm focusing on services for preferred provider organizations, managed health care, and human resource outsourcing. Prior to that, Ross held senior-level human resource positions with Planvista Corporation (formerly Healthplan Services), The A.C. Nielsen Company, and Dun & Bradstreet. Ross brings to TriZetto vast experience with complex organizations, an ability to align human resource requirements with predictable profit margins, and skill at developing systems and metrics to measure and improve quality. He received his master's degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Government at Syracuse University, and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from The University of Connecticut. |
