Before being named Director of Customer Support in 2000, he variously served as the department’s Manager, Technical Support Specialist and Program Manager of Business Applications. Alan’s prior experience includes 15 years in dealership parts & service as a wholesale salesman, counterman and manager, specializing in driving business to the shop. |
