Evanston, IL Dr. Alan Kadish received his BA from Columbia University (1976) and his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (1980), both located in New York, NY. He completed his internship and residency at Brigham & Women’s Hospital (Boston, MA) from 1980 1983 and his Fellowship in Cardiology from the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 1987. A recognized authority in cardiology and its academic applications, Dr. Kadish’s research, letters, reviews and scientific abstracts have been published in more than 400 medical journals over the last 25 years. He is a fellow of both the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association, and sits on the editorial board or is an Editorial Consultant for more than a dozen cardiology journals. Affiliated with Northwestern University since 1990, Dr. Kadish currently serves as Senior Associate Chief of Cardiology and is a member of the Graduate School Faculty. Dr. Kadish has served as Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s Director of both Electrophysiology (1990 2002) and Electrocardiology (1994 2002), as well as the Associate Director of the Electrophysiology Lab at University Hospital, University of Michigan from 1987 1990. |
