Alan has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has a broad range of success in bridging the gap between technology and business requirements, particularly in operations areas of banks and securities firms. Prior to joining ITP, he managed technology, product, and business areas at Market XT, Instinet, Prudential Securities, and Chemical Bank. At Instinet, he was head of global post-trade applications development as settlement volume increased from 10,000/day to more than 800,000/day. He was responsible for self-clearing and STP technology initiatives, implementing automated linkages for allocation, confirmation, matching, and settlement tracking. While at Prudential Securities, he managed application development for equity research and investment banking, focusing on finance, decision support, modeling, and accounting. |
