Alan Frumkin is an attorney engaged in a private law practice since 1971. Mr. Frumkin served as the president of the San Lorenzo Unified School District, chairman of the Alameda County Drug Abuse Board, chairman of the Contra Costa County Drug Abuse Board, founder and chapter president of the San Ramon Valley Educational Foundation, chairman of the San Ramon Valley Adopt-a-School Committee, governor of Rotary District 5160 and director and president of the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce. In 1965 he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley. He earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in 1970 from the San Francisco Law School and was admitted to the California State bar in 1971. |
