Alan Friedman serves as the Senior Vice President, People, for Novell. He is responsible for overseeing all human capital issues and functions at Novell. Mr. Friedman was formerly Senior Vice President for Human Resources, Training and Development, and Knowledge Management for Cambridge Technology Partners. Mr. Friedman is a member of Novell's Worldwide Management Committee.
Prior experience includes roles as an executive with similar responsibilities for Cambridge Technology Partners, Arthur D Little, a management consulting company; and in various management positions, both domestically and overseas; at Philips N.V. and Wang Labs with responsibility for both P&L and staff positions.
Mr. Friedman is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a degree in business administration. |
