Alan joined AGS in 1992 upon graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology where he studied Printing and attained a BS in Printing Management. Alan has been working in the Printing Industry for 22 years and has spent the last 13 years working with non-profit organizations and corporate clients to help them meet their print and communications goals. Prior to joining AGS/CGX he had been employed by 7 printing companies throughout high school and college and has spent time working in customer service, estimating, pre-press, pressroom and bindery. In 2001 he completed The Printing Industry of America's (PIA) Executive Development Program, an extensive 2-year training course. Alan is a three-time recipient of The Ben French Award for Sales Excellence, the highest honor one can earn from their peers at AGS. He is also the recipient of our in-house Administrative Achievement Award for Sales in 1999, 2000 & 2002 and for his position of VP of Sales, Northeast Region in 2004. Alan's memberships include PIA, MPI, AGC where he currently serves on the Connecticut Advisory Board and NYSAE where he served in 2003 as the Vice-Chairman of the Associate Member Committee |
