Alan Fine has served as Chief Executive Officer of Marvel’s publishing division since September 2004. Mr. Fine has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Marvel’s toy division since August 2001 and from October 1998 to April 2001. Since March 2007 Mr. Fine has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Marvel Characters Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Marvel. Mr. Fine served as a director from June 1997 to October 1998. From April 2001 to August 2001 Mr. Fine was an independent consultant. Previously he served as Chief Operating Officer a position to which he was appointed in September 1996. |
