Mr. Wexler has more than 30 years' experience in all phases of commercial and residential real estate, representing buyers, sellers, developers, builders and lending institutions on a local and national level. He serves as counsel to several real estate development companies, handling land acquisitions, leasing and financing. He represents a local savings bank involved in residential closings as well as representing several commercial banks involved in construction and permanent mortgage financings.
