Alan S. Townsend
Profile : Alan Townsend is a partner and the vice-chair of the Litigation Group. He joined Bose McKinney & Evans in 1992, and focuses his practice in commercial litigation, contract disputes, insurance defense and products liability defense, civil rights, personal injury and attorney disciplinary actions. Mr. Townsend is an experienced trial lawyer, having tried cases in both federal and state court. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana and before the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of Indiana as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He graduated with highest distinction from Purdue University with a B.S. in agricultural economics, and received his J.D. degree cum laude from Indiana University - Bloomington in 1992.
