Alan R. Hammer, Senior Portfolio Advisor, Westminster Management, is a prominent real estate executive and attorney who is involved in the ownership and operation of many buildings and thousands of apartment units in properties throughout New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. He has stepped down as Managing Partner of Roseland, NJ-based law firm Wolf Block Brach Eichler, but remains an active partner at that firm's northern New Jersey office. He has concentrated his more than 30-year practice in the areas of investment real estate transactions.
Mr. Hammer, who earned his J.D. from Rutgers University of Law in 1971 and his B.S. in real estate from Rider University in 1968, is a member of the Bars of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
